Description
PROPOSAL TO LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, (DOT&PF) proposes to execute the following for APPLICANT: United Airlines Inc.Supplement No. 2 under Operating Agreement ADA-32540 covering approximately 60 square feet on the ticket counter level, within the airline’s lobby queue space in front of their preferentially leased ticket counters, in the South Terminal at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. TERM: Through the end of the Operating Agreement, June 30, 2033. Current Long-term Terminal rent rate is $105.31/s.f./yr. AUTHORIZED USES: Operation of six (6) mobile Vulcan kiosks in support of passenger ticketing and check-in operations. Kiosks will be rolled in front of airline’s preferentially leased ticket counters for charging when counters are not in operation.Terminal Use Permit ADA-32697 covering approximately 315 square feet on the ticket counter level, within the lobby queue space in front of CUPPS Ticket Counters adjacent to the airline’s preferentially leased ticket counters, in the South Terminal at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. TERM: Through December. 31, 2025. Current Month-to-month Terminal rent rate is $131.64/s.f./yr. AUTHORIZED USES: Operation of two (2) temporary mobile bag drop carts in support of passenger ticketing and check-in operations. Carts will be rolled into back office for charging when the airline’s preferentially leased ticket counters are not in operation.This file is available for review during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, Leasing Office located in in the South Terminal, at 5000 W.
