Description

The principal items of work and approximate quantities are:Clean out and plug fifteen (15) orphan gas wells, estimated to be 1,100 to 3,500 feet in depth, to Department specifications.Prepare and restore well sites/site.Mobilize and demobilize plugging equipment.Beginning on the Issue Date, free copies of bid documents can be obtained by going to www.BidExpress.com, PA Department of Environmental Protection.MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE is scheduled for October 15, 2025, at 9 a.m. Representatives from the Department will meet the contractors at Pavillion #6 at Moraine State Park, 40.9667, -80.1238. FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF THE BID.
