The County seeks to award one (1) contractor to perform all the Services. Schedule of Events: Bid Post Date: November 4th, 2025 Optional Pre-Bid Meeting: November 6th, 2025, 3:00 PM Bidders¿ Questions Due: November 10th, 2025 Response to Bidder Questions Due: November 14th, 2025 Bid Due Date: November 20th, 2025 Bidding Process: Hall County is now accepting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the provision of the Services in the County¿s Purchasing Division, located on the fourth (4th) floor of the Hall County Government Center, 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30504 until 2:00 p.m. EST on November 20th, 2025. All bid packets must be sealed and time and date stamped by the Hall County receptionist located on the 4th floor, to be considered.
