UCONN Purchasing is seeking roof repair and renovations for the Alumni Center.

Description

Work include removal of existing wood shake roofing and replacement with synthetic slate roofing. The existing roofing will be stripped down to the roof deck and the new synthetic slate roofing system will be installed. Metal wall, edge, and valley trim will be replaced. Gutters and downspouts will be replaced. Minor wood siding work and painting will be required. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
