All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of Isanti County shall comply with the provisions of the statute.All Bids must be accompanied by a Bidder’s Bond, Certified Check or a Corporate Surety Bond in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the total bid made payable to the Isanti County Treasurer.
