Sealed bids for the City of Olivette, Missouri (hereinafter "Owner")Glenmary Curb Project(here- inafter “Projects”) will be received by Olivette City Center, 1140 Dielman Road, Olivette, Missouri 63132, until 10:00 a.m. local time, Tuesday December 9, 2025, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Scope of Work includes excavation and installation of 2’ wide rolled curb and gutters at the north end of Glenmary Road.  Project and bidding questions shall be conducted exclusively via e-mail. Effective January 1, 2009 and pursuant to RSMo 285.530 (1), No business entity or employer shall knowingly employ, hire for employment, or continue to employ an unauthorized alien to perform work within the state of Missouri. The successful bidder must submit an affidavit and documentation affirming the business entity's enrollment and participation in the federal work authorization program and that all of its employees working for the contracted services are not illegal immigrants. The City of Olivette, Missouri hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, ancestry, or national origin in consideration for an award.
