The City of Holyoke seeks proposals from qualified consultants to conduct an existing conditions assessment and develop plans for preservation/repair of the existing granite stairs at Holyoke City Hall and stone pillars at Holyoke City Hall Annex, which are both listed in the State Register of Historic Places and all work must comply with the Secretary of the Interiors Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.
