Architectural Design Services - Blair High School Security Upgrades Project (RFP)

The scope includes the design of an 8-foot-tall wrought-iron fence constructed with 14-gauge pickets spaced at 4-5/8 inches on center, 12-gauge posts, and a 2x4x11-gauge bottom rail, to be hot-dip galvanized and painted for durability. The design shall incorporate man gates and rolling drive gates equipped with automation and monitoring systems. The Project will also require low-voltage/data trenching and conduit to the south gate, power trenching and conduit to the nearest electrical source, and access control/monitoring infrastructure for all drive gates. Coordination with the Fire Department will be required for installation of Knox boxes, emergency open features, and signage.
