Community Development Block Grant Commercial Rehabilitation Project

Removal of existing 35 windows and doors, removal of existing concrete at north platform, termination and relocation of mechanical units at the north platform, relocation of the exposed roof downspouts to the north elevation, modifications to existing roof for drainage, provide and install new fiberglass cornices, demolition of existing storefronts on Lincoln and 4th streets, construction of new storefronts, installation of decorative columns at the new storefronts, installation of new motorized storefront awnings, installation of new wood entry doors and transoms, metal door and grilles, tuckpointing the existing brick at the north wall, new energy efficient fixed windows, repair existing stucco, concrete slab at north platform to include new sub-base, and installing a concrete curb between the building and sidewalks. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
