Jonesboro is seeking plumbing rehabilitation services for leak repair using federal grant funds.

Description

Work includes cut a hole in the wall underneath the water heater. Disconnect the 3/4 lines, test each line individually to locate the leak. (we believe the damaged line runs from the water heater to the garage wall. ) disconnect the line. Pull unfinished drywall from ceiling. Run a new pex water line through ceiling and down the wall. Insulate pipes if located in an attic or crawlspace or otherwise exposed to outside air. Make proper connections to existing plumbing. Re- install ceiling drywall. Install access panel where hole was cut. Remove all debris from site upon completion. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
