Description

Provide energy management services in accordance with MGL c. 25A, SS 11I and per the attached requirements and specifications of the City Department of Sustainability & Resilience. This is a long term energy savings agreement per the statute. Contract term may not exceed thirty years.See attached scope and criteria for further information.**ADDENDUM # 2 ISSUED 11/26/25**
