Description
Replace the existing tunnel roof on the east side of the Human Performance Complex that connects the Wellness Recreation Center and the UNI-Dome. Project scope also includes the replacement of the building expansion joint, aluminum storefront entrances, window flashings, gutter and downspouts, and sidewalk, as well as miscellaneous associated interior work. At the west facade of the HPC, window flashings and air barrier membrane will be replaced to repair water infiltration issues.
This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Targeted Small Businesses 10% goal.
