Description

This Contract is primarily to be used for the construction, rehaibilitation, and modernization of flatwork/site work under the jurisdiction of Chicago Department of Transportation, including but not limited to, bridges, streets, highways, cul-de-sacs, sidewalks, paving, landscaping, drainage, and curbs and gutters. Contract term base term = 3 years w/ 2 - 1-year options. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. 30% MBE / 7% WBE / 1% VBE. Questions due 10/26/25 4 PM.
