The City of Bessemer is looking for proposals for the creation and maintenance of a new City website. Bids must be in a sealed envelope marked "BESSEMER CITY WEBSITE PROPOSAL" and can be delivered to City of Bessemer 411 S Sophie St., Bessemer, MI 49911. Proposals will be accepted through 3:00 p.m. on April 6th, 2026. Submitted proposals will then be opened after the deadline at 3:15 p.m. on April 6th, 2026. No proposal shall be opened before then. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted. The City Council will make the final decision based on the evaluation of all responses, qualifications, approach, and pricing. It is anticipated that a selection will be made no later than May 26th, 2026, with proposers to be notified shortly thereafter. Respondents will be notified of any change made to this schedule.
