Description
Massachusetts Bay Community College, a department of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, is soliciting proposals (RFP # BD-26-1064-1064-02481-122561) for a HelpDesk Partner (Event Name: 26-18 HelpDesk Partner). The purpose of this RFP is to establish a partnership with a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive help desk services to the college.
The scope of services required includes, but is not limited to, providing technical support to students, faculty, and staff; troubleshooting hardware and software issues; managing user accounts; and maintaining knowledge base documentation. Key requirements include adherence to Commonwealth Standard Contract Terms and Conditions (2019), submission of a vendor W9 form, and completion of an EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) form. An addendum with a new bid schedule has also been released.
