Painting Services

The State of Delaware, through its Department of GSS (Government Support Services), is soliciting proposals via RFP #GSS26770-PAINT_SVCS for Painting Services. The main purpose of this RFP is to establish a contract(s) with qualified vendor(s) to provide comprehensive painting services to various state facilities within Delaware. The scope of work encompasses all aspects of painting, including but not limited to: surface preparation (cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching), priming, painting (interior and exterior), application of specialized coatings, and cleanup. The services may be required for a range of facilities, potentially including office buildings, historical properties and other state-owned buildings. Key requirements outlined in the RFP (and attachments) include: * Adherence to all applicable safety regulations and environmental standards. * Provision of qualified and experienced personnel. * Use of high-quality paints and materials, as specified. * Detailed pricing information, using the formats provided in the attachments (App B & C). * Proof of insurance and compliance with state regulations (App D & E).
