Civil Engineering Design Services (Request For Qualification)

Provide comprehensive civil engineering design services to support new construction, renovation, and utility infrastructure projects. Services shall be delivered on an "on-call" or "as-needed" basis, tailored to the specific requirements of each project. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following site development & infrastructure design; surveying & legal documentation; regulatory compliance & environmental services; cost estimation & feasibility analysis. The initial term of the contract will be for five (5) years and will automatically renew for up to NO VALUE additional one-year periods, not to exceed a total of Five (5) years. Question Submission/Request for Information Cutoff September 24, 2025, 2:00pm. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
