**PLEASE NOTE: Chatham County does not utilize third parties to obtain bids on its behalf. ** Chatham County is soliciting competitive bids from qualified and experienced vendors to provide commercial moving services for Chatham County Board of Elections and Chatham County Voter Registration. This contract will provide the critical services necessary to move election equipment and supplies that are stored at the Elections Annex, and the Voter Registration Annex, to and from voting locations/polling sites throughout the County. During the bidding process, bidders are not to contact any department directly. All questions regarding this project should be submitted in writing and directed to Bernadine P. Bruen, Procurement Specialist, by visiting the Chatham County Purchasing portal: https://chathamcountyga.bonfirehub.com/portal. AN ON-SITE PRE-BID CONFERENCE has been scheduled to discuss the specifications and to resolve any questions and/or misunderstandings that may arise.
