Description

Seeking proposals from qualified engineering and refrigeration system consultants to evaluate replacement options for the existing R-22 refrigeration system at Eble Ice Arena, develop a formal recommendation, provide conceptual design documents, and produce a bid-ready construction specification for a 2027 procurement. The construction project is planned for 2028. Awarded vendor will also provide ongoing construction management during the Part 2 construction project at the sole discretion of the County after successful completion of Part 1. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Questions Due Date Feb 6th 2026, 2:00 PM CST.
