City of Oxford, MS (T-NR-E) The Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Oxford, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids on the following: Conference Center Lighting Upgrades The CITY OF OXFORD is seeking bids from vendors to provide and install new lighting fixtures and controls for the Oxford Conference Center located at 102 Ed Perry Boulevard. The lighting design and technical specifications are available to view free of charge at oxfordmsbids.com . Bidders should download and review plans and specifications through the City of Oxford’s bid portal in order to be added to the plan holders list. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled at the Oxford Conference Center on Wednesday, February 12th at 11:00am. Prospective bidders are highly encouraged, but not required to attend. Bids may be submitted via hand-delivery, US Mail, or electronic submission ( www.oxfordmsbids.com ). All bids are due on or before 1:00 pm, Friday, February 27, 20256 Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check not less than 5% of the total bid amount.
