Chiller Replacement

Southern University at New Orleans (SUNO) is soliciting proposals for a Chiller Replacement project, RFP #50014-0002A. The purpose of this RFP is to identify a qualified vendor to replace an existing chiller system at the University. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of the existing chiller, procurement and installation of a new chiller unit, and all associated electrical, plumbing, and control system modifications necessary for full system integration and operation. The selected vendor will be responsible for ensuring the new chiller meets specified performance requirements and complies with all applicable state and local codes. Key requirements include: * Providing a detailed project plan with timelines. * Demonstrating experience in similar chiller replacement projects. * Submitting a comprehensive cost proposal. * Adhering to all safety regulations during the removal and installation process. * Providing warranty information for the new chiller and installation work.
