Description

Construction of the library phase III. Complete interior renovation to floors 5, 6, and 7 of Gorgas Library. As well as selective demolition and fit out of the west side of the 1st floor for a new Digital Scholarship Zone. Renovation includes new MEP & FP, interior finishes, AV, etc. Prequalification submissions must be received by 5:00 PM local time Tuesday, January 13, 2026. Late submittals will not be accepted.
