Provide all labor, equipment, and certain materials to relocate approx 2.5 miles of HEA’s electric distribution facilities for the Alaska DOT&PF project, CFHWY00253 - Kenai Spur Highway Rehab Sports Lake Road to Swires Road - Phase II.
