Description

Remodel of the office suite currently serving the cdc program into additional classrooms and support spaces. Major building assemblies include concrete, steel, metal studs, gypsum board, doors and windows, interior finishes, mechanical, plumbing and electrical and other work. Questions Due Date Feb 2nd 2026, 5:00 PM MST. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply. As a technical requirement, all bidders are required to attend a pre-bid conference on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (MST) The pre-bid conference will be held at Kauri Sue Hamilton School (2827 West 13400 South, Riverton, Utah).
