Description
Provide construction management (CM), materials testing, construction surveying and environmental monitoring services for the trail project. Services will include pre-construction planning and specifications and estimate (PS&E) review; bid analysis and award recommendation; construction inspection; preparation of progress payments and change orders; schedule and claim analysis; Contractor interface and contract administration; office engineering; and other assorted duties as appropriate for construction management, as well as materials testing, construction surveying, environmental monitoring and project closeout tasks.
