Description
Work includes removal of the existing BUR roof system and installation of a new insulated EPDM single-ply and associated flashings. Work includes replacement of roof drains, and MEP related modifications to accommodate the new roof system. There is approx. 17,800 SF of roof replacement work.
This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. A tour of the facility will be held on the same day, starting after the pre-bid conference. ALL questions should be emailed to Chris Cogan at christopher.cogan@intertek.com no later than 12:00 p.m., Eastern on Friday, January 23rd, 2026. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
