California Children's Services Physical and Occupational Therapy Services

This Request for Proposal (RFP) announces the intent of the County of Mendocino Public Health Department to provide physical and occupational therapy services. This includes the specifications, terms, and conditions for the requested services.The Mendocino County Public Health (MCPH) Department is seeking a qualified Community-Based Organization (CBO) or private organization in the areas of physical and occupational therapy services. It is the intent of MCPH to award a three year contract (with the option of a one year renewals) to the entity whose response conforms to the RFP and meets the County’s requirements.The purpose of the RFP is to seek a qualified Community-Based Organization (CBO) to expand the California Children’s Services (CCS) program in the areas of physical and occupational therapy services within the County.
