Friends of the Winooski River (FWR) is requesting proposals from engineers licensed to practice in the State of Vermont for the development of a comprehensive final (100%) design plan for the removal of the remnants of the Clark Sawmill dam complex and the restoration of the associated stream channel and floodplain in Cabot, Vermont
