Description
The Pioneer Valley Planning Commission (PVPC) is seeking consulting services to assist in the development of an Economic Impact Analysis of the Pioneer Valley Transit Authority to start April 1st, 2026. It is expected that services will be needed through September 30th, 2026.
A more detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) is available through the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission. Please contact Sue Ortiz atsortiz@pvpc.orgfor a copy of the RFP. The RFP will be available from the time of this notice until the due date specified below. The PVPC reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it is deemed in its best interests to do so. The PVPC will be the awarding and contracting authority.
