PROPOSAL TO EXTEND A STATE AIRPORT LAND USE PERMIT: The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend land use Permit ADA-50877 (Lots 1A, 1C, 1D, and 4A, Block 3), consisting of approximately 16,501 square feet, at King Salmon Airport for an additional five (5) years, to expire November 1, 2030. Applicant: Eagle Eye Enterprises LLC. Annual rent: $3,580.72. Authorized uses: Non-Aeronautical - Operation and maintenance of a rental vehicle agency including rental of cars and other vehicles for airport users; incidental use of space for rental of heavy equipment and machinery; sales of food, non-alcoholic beverages and goods or similar services; vehicle parking and office space in support of these uses. Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., November 29, 2025 after which the Department will determine whether or not to extend the lease.
