Vista City is seeking driveway replacement services to preserve historical brick at Adobe House.

Description

The work shall consist of the following Removal and preservation of the existing historical brick, removal and disposal of approx 6” of the existing subgrade, placement of a 5” aggregate base section, placement of a 1” sand beddings section and reinstall the existing historical brick. The is also minor concrete curbing, adjustment of utilities as needed and implementation of BMP’s during construction. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. Q&A deadline March 16, 2026, 12:00 AM.
