Description

Provide on-call plumbing maintenance services. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair leaks, clogs, blockages, and water pressure issues. Repair, replace, or install plumbing fixtures such as sinks, faucets, toilets, urinals, showers, drinking fountains, and hose bibs. See attached file. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Please direct any Project questions to Chandni Patel, Facilities Project Manager at cpatel@alamedaca.gov. Questions must be submitted by written email and received by 2 p.m. on October 06, 2025.
