Auditing Services for Heavy Civil Gc/cm Contracts (RFP)

Provide auditing services on multiple General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) contracts for their Preconstruction Services and Heavy Civil GC/CM Construction Services. All questions and any explanations about this RFP must be requested in writing and sent via email to the Contract Specialist and Alternate Contract Specialist no later than seven (7) Days prior to the close date specified in the solicitation. The term of the Contract will be five (5) years, subject to the termination clauses contained herein. King County reserves the right to extend the Contract term if determined to be in the best interest of the County. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
