Description

Work includes remove existing roofing system down to decking and dispose of properly. Replace any rotted or damaged decking with like kind. Install 1/4" gypsum board over substrate per wind up lift calculations. Install fully adhered. 60 mil membrane over gypsum board. Raise any penetrations to provide at least 8" of clearance above the finished roof height. External gutter and downspout to be reinstalled. Repair and modified as needed.
