2025 DIXON BULK SODIUM PERMANGANATE TANK PLUMBING PROJECT

The Onslow Water and Sewer Authority requests proposals for completion of the plumbing of the bulk sodium permanganate tank at our Dixon Water Treatment Plant. Proposals will be received at the ONWASA Central Office Complex, located at 228 Georgetown Road, Jacksonville, NC 28540, until2:00 p.m. on November 12, 2025.The successful proposer shall furnish all permits, materials, equipment and labor necessary to perform all tasks described in the Scope of Work, including: plumbing the bulk sodium permanganate tank with a fill line, recirculation line, dilution line, transfer line, providing and installing a transfer pump and recirculation pump, providing and installing level and concentration devices, and electrical work associated with the provided equipment. Work will be performed at ONWASA’s Dixon Water Treatment Plant, 6661 Wilmington Hwy, Holly Ridge, NC 28445. Work on the project shall be completed and the tanks ready for service within 60 calendar days from receiving the notice to proceed.NC Certified HUB Contractors are encouraged to submit proposals for all bidding opportunities at ONWASA.For more details, see the Request for Proposals under "Related Documents" below.
