Provider to deliver CDL-A training and certification for returning citizens, with guaranteed job placement through established employer partnerships. The goal is to expand access to safe, sustainable trucking careers while accounting for participants’ criminal justice backgrounds. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
