26-001 - Port of Pensacola Paving and Rail Rehabilitation Project

1. The removal, disposal and replacement of the existing on-port railroad track systems as shown on the drawings and specified. 2. The removal and disposal or abandonment and grout fill of the existing underground potable water system for the entire port property as shown on the drawings and specified. 3. Furnish and install new potable and firewater system as shown on the drawings and specified. 4. The removal and disposal of the existing backflow preventer located on the east side of barracks street approximately 300 feet south of main street. 5. Furnish and install new backflow preventer on the east side of barracks street, inside the port security fence, east of the port security gate. 6. The removal and disposal of portions of the existing stormwater collection system and the furnishing and installation of new stormwater collections systems The City of Pensacola has established a Minority/Women Business Enterprise Program (MWBE). The MWBE Participation goal for this project is 5%. Any questions concerning the bid should be addressed and submitted in writing no later than 10:00 A.M., Central time, November 21, 2025. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply.
