Description

The purpose of demolishing for new construction. The proposed project consists of the construction of a new City of Redlands Police Department Safety Hall Facility (Facility). The proposed project is planned on an existing 8-acre property that is currently occupied by an abandoned Kmart shopping center, including paved parking and driveways. The proposed Facility will be one-story above grade, with the lowest floor at or near the existing site elevations (no basements are planned).
