Banking And Deposit Services & Disbursements

Seeking a qualified Contractor to provide banking services that include deposit services and disbursements. The Contractor must meet the following minimum requirements 1. Be a Federal or District of Columbia chartered financial institution. 2. Be a member of the Federal Reserve System and have access to all services. 3. Be a depository of Public Funds. 4. Be accessible to the public and have branches located in the District of Columbia. 5. Be a full service member bank in good standing among other comparable banks; andbe capable in excess of the limits established by the Federal Deposit InsuranceCorporation (FDIC). 6. Rating Agency rating. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. Questions concerning this Request for Proposal must be directed in writing no later than October 17, 2025 at 2:00 PM (EST).
