HEATING & COOLING Do manual J to determine proper size heat pump needed. Remove heater(s) and seal any penetrations in cabinet. Remove swamp cooler(s). Mini-split to be added in room behind kitchen. ELECTRICAL Install new 100 amp panel and GFCI outlets in kitchen and bathroom. Replace sub-panel and label. Check ALL outlets in the house for proper grounding, and repair/replace as needed. Replace all receptacle covers. This project includes removing the existing heaters and swamp cooler, sealing penetrations, and installing a new mini-split system in the room behind the kitchen. It also involves upgrading the electrical system by installing a new 100-amp panel, replacing the sub-panel, adding GFCI outlets in the kitchen and bathroom, checking and repairing all outlets for proper grounding, and replacing all receptacle covers. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply.
