Consultant Services for the Regional Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Platform (RFP)

Provide consultant shall provide a comprehensive, user-friendly tdm software system that supports multimodal commuting options and encourages reduced vehicle miles traveled. The system shall include functionality for transit matching, carpools and vanpools, bicycling, walking, and connections among these modes. Features shall include multimodal trip planning, trip logging and verification, ride-matching, information accessibility, reporting, and incentive management; software shall allow individual users to create and manage accounts with customized preferences, receive notifications regarding potential carpool or vanpool matches, and communicate securely with matched users or "buddies" employers shall be able to create custom home pages that allow them to highlight relevant system.
