Description

WSDOT intends to conduct a competitive procurement to award an Agency Contract for WSDOT to purchase consulting services in support of the Statewide General Aviation Airport Leasing Rates and Fees Study. The Statewide General Aviation Airport Leasing Rates and Fees Study will ensure that lease rates and user fees reflect the true cost of operating each airport, promote financial sustainability, and maintain compliance with FAA grant assurances. By evaluating existing leases and fee structures in relation to actual airport expenses, the study will deliver data-driven recommendations to standardize rates and fees, enhance fairness among airport users, and support the long-term stability of the statewide airport system.
