Description

The City of Woodstock, Georgia, herein referred to as the City, is accepting bids from qualified contractors for the purpose of replacing and installing five (5) fixed generators at critical facilities in the community and upgrading the generator at the City Annex, hereinafter referred to as the ¿Project¿. This includes but is not limited to upgrading the 30 kW generator at the City Annex to a 175-kW fixed to include an automatic transfer switch and concrete pad, replacing three (3) pump stations at Brookshire (50 kW, 100 kW, 45 kW), and two (2) pump stations at Bell Park (75kW). Bids shall include all labor and materials needed to remove and replace the units and perform startup that meets the requirements of the manufacturer to maintain factory warranty. The City of Woodstock has received Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) funds from the Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency (GEMA/HS) for this project, award designated HMGP 4685-0027 by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). It is imperative that respondents examine and become familiar with the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program. Respondents will comply with the Federal Regulations Contract Requirements
