Building, Engineering, and Code Enforcement Services

The City of Hidden Hills is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Building Division staffing, Code Enforcement, Building Plan Check, and Inspection/Engineering services. The City is interested in contracting with one or more firms capable of providing some or all of these services to support its small, almost built-out residential community known for its rural character and commitment to high-quality service. Proposals must be submitted electronically no later thanFriday, November 14, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. (PST). Submittals should be emailed as a non-scanned PDF togloria@hiddenhillscity.org, addressed toGloria Molleda, City Manager, with the subject line “RFP – Building, Engineering & Code Enforcement Services.” Hard copies, faxed, or scanned proposals will not be accepted. The RFP includes a sample professional services agreement that serves as a template; proposers are encouraged to identify any requested modifications in their submittal.
