Notice of DecisionADL 234615City of KwethlukPublic Utility Easement Pursuant to AS 38.05.850, the Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land and Water, Southcentral Regional Lands Office has issued a Decision to approve a Public Utility Easement for the following.APPLICANT: City of KwethlukGEOGRAPIC LOCATION: DNR-DMLW managed shorelands underlying the Kwethluk River within Section 5, Township 8 North, Range 69 West, Seward Meridian. See the attachments.AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES: Placement of a pier supported water intake structure including two 36-inch dia. steel pipes and a submersible pump. The easement will be approximately 70 feet long by 30 feet wide for a total acreage of 0.48 acres, more or less.
