Dutch Gap Parkway

The construction of roadway and bridge on new alignment split into two plan sets (Phase 1 and Phase 2). Phase 1 includes approx. 5,075 LF of roadway from Adaline Acres to I-295. Phase 2 includes a 1,228’ bridge with approach roadways totaling approx. 370 LF. Phase 2 begins at Henricus Historical Park and ends at the new turnaround adjacent to Adaline Acres. The work will include clearing, ground improvements, grading, asphalt paving, drainage structures, erosion & sediment control, bridge, signage, pavement markings, landscaping, adjustment of private utilities, and other items necessary for the completion of the work. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
