Separate and sealed proposals will be received by Dunbar Township, Fayette County, Pennsylvania at 128Township Drive, Dunbar, PA 15431, until 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, on February 5, 2026. No bids will beaccepted after 2:00 p.m. They will be opened and publicly read at the Township’s office, located at 128Township Drive, Dunbar, PA 15431 at 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, on February 5, 2026 for the following project:Dunbar TownshipStorage Salt Shed ProjectContract 2/2026Copies of the Contract Documents must be obtained at the office of Gibson-Thomas Engineering Co., 1004Ligonier Street, Latrobe, PA 15650, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., upon a non-refundablepayment of $100.00 for each set of contract documents. No refund will be made for bid documents.Bidders will be responsible for viewing the project on their own. Any questions regarding the project must besubmitted to Aaron D. Coffman, P.E. no later than 4:00 P.M. on January 30, 2026 via email ataaron.coffman@gibson-thomas.comBid Packages must be clearly marked "PROPOSAL ENCLOSED" with job name and contract numberon the lower left corner of the Bid Envelopes.Each proposal shall be accompanied with a certified check or Bidder's Bond in the amount often percent (10%) of the proposal, in favor of Dunbar Township.No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the same has been filed with Dunbar Township.Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages are applicable to this project.This project is wholly or partially funded by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, CommonwealthFinancing Authority (CFA).Any bid not submitted under the conditions provided herein will be rejected.Dunbar Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in bidsreceived or to accept any bid it deems in its best interest.
