Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Services for Increase Vertical Clearance of Sheridan Street Bridge over Florida's Turnpike

Scope of Work: Broward County Highway and Bridge Maintenance Division is seeking a qualified firm to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection (“CEI”) services which are required for contract administration, inspections, and material sampling and testing for the lifting of the Sheridan Street bridge No. 860155 over the Florida Turnpike, in the city of Hollywood. Solicitation Provisions/Requirements: (Vendor is cautioned that this is a summary only and the full solicitation must be reviewed). - Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) (Section 287.055, Florida Statutes) - County Surtax Funding - State License Requirements - FDOT Requirements Office of Economic and Small Business Development (OESBD) Requirements refer to: County Business Enterprise (CBE) Goal Participation Questions and Answers: The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the solicitation requirements. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through BPRO by the Questions due date. The County will respond to questions in BPRO (Messages section). Submittals: Vendor MUST submit its solicitation response electronically through BPRO and receive a Submission Receipt. It is solely the Vendor’s responsibility to ensure its response is submitted and received through BPRO by the closing date and time. The County will not consider solicitation responses received by other means. Vendors are encouraged to submit in advance of the closing date and time.
