Description

Provide design services for remodel and expansion of the Woodside Manor Family Investment Center (FIC) building. Develop schematic designs, code compliance evaluations, and preliminary construction cost estimates. The design will include a code-compliant institutional/community kitchen, upgrades to building systems for full compliance, and a reconfigured layout to meet the functional needs of the owner's community programs.
