Description

Scope will include repair to and/or replacements of existing building electrical systems and fixtures. The project types may include Panel replacement, panel upgrades, lighting replacement, conduit/conductor replacement and installation. The scope may include accessibility improvements and Fire/Life Safety upgrades. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. Mandatory prebid meeting was held on Sep 10, 2025.
